Some examples from our last years travels, private touring in Reykjavik, Iceland including a special two night stay at the luxurious Retreat Spa Resort at the famous Blue Lagoon, made even more unique as we traveled across the lava flow from the erupting volcano near Grindavik. Then our personalised itinerary for a “self guided” 1st Class Rail journey across Switzerland, put together with Rosa and Swiss Rail, the ultimate way to travel this spectacular country. The added extras such as door to door luggage transfers, upgrades to Prestige and Excellence Class on the iconic Golden Pass and Glacier Express trains took the experience to another level. Just wanted to thank you for all the organisation for our wonderful holiday to Austria and Switzerland. We had an amazing time.....it is so beautiful over there.......just want to go back now!! We managed to find our way around the big airports with no trouble......phew!! Emirates was fantastic to fly with.....so much food. The tour was fantastic. Thanks again Sue....hopefully we will get to do another trip in the future!!

My partner and I have been on quite a few trips overseas to Canada, USA, Europe and the UK! All arranged by Rosa Luff and her amazing team Sue & Greg.. Our last trip to the UK & Europe was simply amazing!! Rosa organized the tours we were on, but our last stop was Malta which Rosa organized on our behalf doing our own thing! Rosa Luff and her team from Helloworld Travel Cobram makes travel an experience you want to do over and over again. From our very first travel experience no issue was unsolvable. Everything was done so professionally but also so personal with us, it was just like having a conversation with a friend over a glass of wine. With her experience she always gets the best outcome for us regardless of the difficult tasks we sometimes set her. Her knowledge of the travel industry is second to none. Over the last 10 years we have travelled extensively from Antarctic to Northern Europe, all expertly organised through Rosa and her team. During the last 2 years we holidayed in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe/Balkans. This involved several different travel companies and layovers. Everything went like clockwork which we are sure is not easy to organise when several different tours and multiple tour companies are involved. Organising motels, visas and airflights, in a timely manner, is another aspect of Rosa’s expertise. Rosa goes above and beyond our expectations. Recently we enjoyed the most amazing trip to the South Island of New Zealand. We enjoyed a magical 2 weeks travelling around this beautiful part of the world. Our itinerary and travel arrangements were all ‘sorted’ by Sue which made our trip hassle free. Sue was able to ‘tweak’ our itinerary to what suited us and we were so grateful for this.
