Jackie and her team at Helloworld Lakehaven are amazing. Jackie’s experience and knowledge is next level. I have booked several holidays with her now and I won’t go anywhere else. My most recent trip to Thailand resulted in a delayed flight ( technical issues) leaving me stranded in Thailand two extra days. Jackie was on the phone to me at 5am in the morning trying to source alternative flights. She was amazing. Jackie made me feel at ease and safe and what i first thought was a nightmare turned out to be a beautiful experience. If you want knowledge and aftercare during a trip, Jackie is the best.
