My friend and I have not long returned from a holiday to Singapore, Spain and Portugal. Paola helped us with the planning and booking and was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone!

We dealt with Donna who booked our return flights to USA & all our internal flights which there were a lot. The pandemic caused a significant load on Travel Agents, following up credits and re-booking, and the staff would have spent many hours more per travel event than in the past. Once travel was available again there would have been a huge backlog of work. Staff were still smiling and going about their business as best they could and providing the service we have come to expect at Helloworld Sunbury.

Katie our travel agent at helloworld booked our trip to Europe. She was very organised and listened to our wants within the trip and was happy to change any arrangements. She was very fast at replying and helped us with all of our queries. Would definitely recommend :)

I have dealt with 20 - 30 different travel agents over the years spread across a number of agencies and have found Paola at Helloworld Sunbury to be truly exceptional. She thinks about our plans and makes constructive suggestions on how each trip might be made better and/or cheaper. I have now used Paola exclusively for the past seven years and cannot see any reason why I would change. Paola also goes way beyond the call of duty, handling requests after hours and on weekends.

Due to Covid, our trip to NZ was cancelled twice but Joanne kept us upto date and we finally enjoyed a magical trip to the South Island in Sept this year.
